Force-add the cross-platform binaries (macOS arm64/amd64, Linux
amd64/arm64, Windows amd64) and their SHA256SUMS into dist/, rebuilt
from current source with `make dist` (go1.26.5, -trimpath). All tests
pass. These override the /dist/ .gitignore entry.
